API Media specializes in Audiovisual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) services with an emphasis on installed and managed media distribution systems. The managed private IPTV networks we install and support are relied upon to deliver content to onsite televisions, computers, mobile devices and large format LED screens. David Reese
Chief Executive Officer
David Reese serves as Chairman and CEO of API Media Innovations. David previously served as Chairman, President and CEO of ACTV Inc., a NASDAQ listed digital media company. David arranged the sale of ACTV to DirecTV parent Liberty Media, and concluded his consulting relationship with Liberty Media in 2008.
David was the first chair of the Advisory Board of Penn State’s College of Information Sciences and Technology. IST is home to Penn State AI and Cyber Security majors. David led a team of corporate experts who devised programs whose graduates would understand the impact of technology on business, government, social services and education in a digital, global economy. He remains an active member of the Board.
Frank Tomaino
President and Chief Operating Officer
Frank Tomaino is the founder and principle operations officer of API Media Innovations. With over 25 years of experience leading content delivery operations, projects, and system designs, Frank has been the driving force behind API Media’s business growth and development. Frank leads a strong team that is continuously working to deliver API Media’s service offerings that assists clients in keeping employees, guests, and their fan base informed while on-site or when following an event remotely.
Frank began his career in media distribution in 1988 as Owner/Operator of a Satellite Innovations and later joined TSI Cable as the Director of Technical Operations in 1997.
Frank graduated from Hillsborough College and attended University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Adam Grisi
Director of Technology
Adam Grisi is a detail orientated technology professional who is responsible for API Media Innovations’ daily operations, system design, project execution, and customer relations. With over 15 years of networking, audiovisual integration, and media distribution experience, Adam is well equipped to manage complex projects and to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
Throughout his career, Adam has excelled at project management, customer support, and technology integration to numerous Fortune 500 companies, corporate clients, and prestigious national sporting events.
Adam graduated from the School of Audio Engineering Institute in New York, New York.
Jeff Cifrodella
Director of Operations
Jeff Cifrodella is responsible for the development and implementation of operational plans for API Media including project management, live event logistics and multimedia productions. With over 30 years of experience as a Satellite Technician, Emmy Awarding winning Video Producer, Technical Director and Director of Multimedia, Jeff brings a diverse skillset and knowledge base to the API Media team.
Jeff’s career experiences with Satellite Innovations, NFL Films, The New York Football Giants, Cutting Edge Productions and API Media have prepared him for a multitude of production and installation challenges, along with best practices for project planning and quality control. Jeff is a creative and out-of-the-box thinker able to adapt to situations and apply on-point management to resolve unforeseen problems, improve processes and increase efficiencies.
Jeff attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte School of Arts: Architecture and received a Bachelor of Arts: Communications from William Patterson University in Wayne, NJ.
